Len is a Director of Precise Property Strata Management and has over 20 years experience in strata management, having previously owned his own strata management business in Drummoyne.
Len has a detailed knowledge of the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 and is responsible for the management of the Precise Property Strata Management commercial portfolio. Len is backed up by a professional team of accounting and clerical staff who assist in the smooth running of the portfolio.
Providing regular, accurate detailed financial reports to the Executive Committee is considered to be a vital part of the services provided by Precise PSM.

Director
Peter is a Director of Precise Property Strata Management and has over 21 years of 'property industry' experience over various sectors of Asset, Property, Building and Strata Management and Corporate Real Estate.
Experience gained with large institutions such as Commonwealth Bank, Colonial First State, Australia Post and in recent years property syndication and strata sub-division with GDI Property Group has provided a solid platform to enhance value for Owners Corporations and respective lot owners.
Isabel Malinowsky
Financial Services
Isabel provides extensive support in all aspects of financial and trust accounting and has over 10 years financial and management accounting experience in the private sector.
In addition, Isabel has extensive experience in property and strata management functions and is an integral asset to the group.
